Get a lawyer. If you fight this alone you will lose big time. Whether or not you dont want points is not up to you, the judge will tell you. Hopefully you stayed mum at the traffic stop too.

I had a 95 in a 50 ticket (a week before that i got a 70 in a 50) and Got the best lawyer money could buy ended up paying a 300 dollar fine and taking a 8 hr class, the best part was no points added to my license. Just make sure you get someone who is good. You'll be alright man

Called the ticket clinic..I got something similar (and then some) I paid the ticket clinic like $300 and then had to pay the court like $400 in court fees which was almost the same amount in tickets but no points and it didn't go on my record. Therefore my insurance didn't go up and that's where you normally get raped. Iam from SC but in some states you can get enough points off for reckless driving (speeding 15 and over) to get your license taken away.

I'll vouch for the ticket clinic. Got a ticket for 25+ on the turnpike and the lawyer was able to get it reduced, and the best thing, no points on my license.

Second ticket min 500 max 1000.

If you get a lawyer, all you are paying for is not to get points. If you get a really good lawyer, they can reduce that 30 over to 29 over which is less of a fine.

Get a better radar. Even a broken Valentine One is better than most out there.

This is my first 30+

Plus I haven't gotten a ticket since fall of 2011

And I just went to the the ticket clinic and the guy told me it was gonna be about 150 bucks just for them to go

Check Unger & Kowitt ... They charged me like $75 to appear for me.

I was going 110 in a 70 i got a lawyer and i had to pay the ticket but they didn't suspend my license or any of that and thank god the cop didn't take me to jail.Still got the points on my license though.

Got busted for 75mph in a 45... your main goal is to drop the misdemeanor in exchange for a citation to avoid having anything on your crim record

It looks like you're in luck though because here in VA anything over 20mph is considered a misdemeanor reckless. Looks like you just got a noncriminal violation. How's your record?

Bro the cop is showing up. From what I've heard its rare if they don't.

Just call ticket clinic. They will take care of it so you don't get any points if u haven't had a ticket in the last few years.

Probably will have to end up paying the cost of ticket though.


Or opt for traffic school if you haven't done so in the last 12 month. You will not get any points but will have to pay cost of ticket and school.

I went today, and for them to just go for me is 150 lol

And yea I haven't done traffic school in the past 12 months
