rolling fenders on e92 is it ok to do with a leased car?

i am going to run 265/30/19 et:30 rear on 335i coupe lowered on h&r sports with michelin ps2 tires i know ab tek 818 has this exact set up with no rubbing but he has nitto nt555 tires which are 10.5" wide which is.2 narrower than the ps2's which are 10.7" but i am having rubbing concerns due to other's testimonies, my question is this- if i rub will rolling the fenders be ok on a leased car. also any input telling me i wont rub would be nice too. j/k
but thanks guy in advance for any input. you guys are awesome.
