For light cleaning I use a damp cloth but for heavy stuff I use an all purpose cleaner. For protectant I use 303 aerospace protectant.

303 Aerospace is great for plastics, trim, and leatherette.

Is it dual purpose? i.e. cleans and protects

Yes. It is a cleaner and it has a UV protectant.

As said above, yes. 303 offer UV protection and leaves plastics looking new (as opposed to dressed) when applied correctly. None of the greasy look you get with Armorall.

I use the MF towel i used to dry my car (because it is damp) on the plastics. Today I just purchased the leather care kit from BMW and im not exactly sure how frequently I should use it. And on the glass either the damp MF towel or an ammonia free glass cleaner

Do you guys know if the whiteness that appears between the leatherette cracks is dirt or actually the color wearing off? I am referring to a black interior.

THANKS

Einszett Cockpit for dash and plastics, don't have leatherette so can't help you there.

between the cracks it's usually dried salts, i.e. dried sweat. Damp MF should get rid of it.

I don't think 303 is a true "cleaner" although your ette will be cleanre because you used a moist towel to wipe the 303 on there.

^^ thank you I will try warm water with MF cloth to see if it goes away. It just makes my armrest and mainly my steering wheel look like its from a 20 year old car and also nasty.

I will report back how that worked.

Update:

Worked Great guys thanks again, my steering wheel and armrest look like NEW, an I thought I was stuck with that dull aged look.

PS just used warm water and MF towel to wash and dry.
