Oil Cooler retrofit TSB

Anyone have an official listing of the Oil cooler retrofit TSB/Instructions to the Tech? I had mine done and they didn't do an oil change but it seems like just about everyone else got new oil and filter.

Then after I had the retrofit my car developed an oil leak so I had to bring it back to have a part that they installed replaced and they had it for several days and replaced an oil housing and still didn't do an oil change:mad:.

How can they do the oil cooler retrofit without doing an oil change? They need to drain the oil to do the install. Why do you think they didn't drain the oil? Do you suspect they put the used oil back into your car after they drained it?

He told me specifically that they change the oil, just topped it off And then I got an oil leak after they did it and the oil was black and old looking definitely not new.

Where did you get this info? Because it is false. The oil filter housing is up on the top of the motor. No need to change the oil when replacing it for the retrofit. Same goes for all the M54 motors that leak oil from the oil filter housing...
