Would you buy this car in my shoes ?

Lets say for instance you want a 335 and miss the feeling of being pushed back in your seat as the turbos spool and your intakes hiss.

Then lets say for instance you have been looking for a car with this color combo for 4 months with NAV and simply cant find it ( What i like to call a unicorn car )

Do i get this thing even with the high miles and no nav or simply wait...

Not sure if you've tried or not, but expand your search range a little and I'm sure you'll find a lower mileage e92 for the same price.. I paid about 5k more than that with 40k less miles, but I searched for 8 months and eventually got tired of searching lol..

Nav was the least important of the things I was looking for when I was searching. It really depends on how high up it is on your priority list. I have a Garmin that is had wired and attached to my dash that is significantly more user friendly and accurate than BMW's nav, and I use an ipod for my music so idrive isn't a big deal to me. More important than nav to me were any of the following:

sport seats
manual transmission
all wheel drive
heated seats

and now that I have comfort access, I'd definitely also turn down a car with nav for one that had comfort access. But it's a personal matter - rank your priorities.

I came across this one while I was searching for my car. The rear suspension also looks raised for some reason, and the cheap wheels aren't a very good sign either. It's also a very early build (7/06) so if I were you I'd wait instead of getting this one.
