Sounds nice but my friend did this on his 330i and 2 days later put the stock exhaust back on until he decided which muffler to go with. There was too much drone in his cabin that he was getting irratated by the sound. On short drives it may be okay but longer drives may be a different story.

The truth is everybody has different tolerances on sounds so while many may love it others may not.

Looks great though OP!!!

Definitivly looks clean !

Now, what are the cons of doing this compare to buyin an aftermarket exhaust? Other than receiving a ticket for having no muffler ( in canada anyway ) ?

Yeah man, you cant go wrong with this mod. Sounds really clean (not a cheap ricer sound like some muffler deletes). Here's where I bought my tips:

Happy modding

Glad you brought that up. Whats loud for me may not be loud enough for others and vice versa. All in all though, I don't feel its any louder than a run of the mill aftermarket catback exhaust.

Thanks. My hats off to the guy who did the install. His shop was a bit of a hole in the wall, but he was very professional with the install and talented at what he did.
