It was a good race... no need to troll. The GTI was definitely quick (I saw it run), it was also completely tubbed out with only a drivers seat and little else inside. Any way you look at it; the cars were all very competitive. FWIW, I hope to have a Procede FBO Race Gas and Meth setup for next time so I'll join as well for a solid comparison of E85 vs meth.

My car isn't running anywhere near its top condition. That doesn't mean I'm not gonna go out and have some fun every now and then. I'm band-aiding my poop tune with methanol. It's better to go out and have some fun rather than stay home for weeks on end because your missing 10-20whp... Lets just stop this bickering. Stucks gave me two great runs, the third he threw a CEL and called it a night. There's no problem with that. Just enjoy the video and wait for a rematch. Going back and forth is only gonna clutter threads.

Same for me. I'm used to hitting at least 140... These runs were cut short to 115-120 because there was a curve on the road. Next time we will need to go to a longer stretch so I can show what the GTI can do at higher speeds. Ill also hopefully have a tire sometime in the neat future so I'm not spinning 3rd gear every single time.

Both those 335i's will need flatline fix in a bad way if they hit those higher speeds. If they don't have it by the re-run, you will be putting bus lengths on them when they're in 5th. the 4-5 shift flatline is worse than the 3-4 flatline lol.

just out of curiousity... how do u think an FBO, auto, race gas and meth car would do here?

Similarly to the E85 guys assuming none of the cars are flatlining. It all depends on maximizing the tune for the fueling you have. You could run race gas on a stock car and see no gains.

Not sure why your spreading your lies on this forum now, after I told you to PM me on the other...

Im done with you.
My first post on the other forum (included below) included flatlining/post shift timing drop, brah. Read more, troll less please. btw, I did pm you and didn't get a response. LOL. Please don't be mad!

I've seen the logs of the white 335i this morning, and his timing was half of what it should have been throughout the runs, not just the shift. My car has the flatline timing issue as well, but my timing recovered after my shifts, the white car did not.

Nice races. That GTI was very quick.

Props to the owner. I'm sure he catches a lot of people sleeping.

Thanks a lot.

Pretty much everyone assumes its stock turbo, until they see it move.

Enough with the bs... It was a good run, and that's the end of the story. Hope we get to see the rematch.

LOL. Ok, "Busta" Step the fuck up then, and "murder" my GTI. Wait, I bet you live across the country. Hahaha.

Busta can't read either. Clearly wrote the Cobb car had post shift timing issues. Oh, busta.....

You will not murder that gti. The first 335i to run that gti in the vid is mine and I have ran a protuned fbo 335i before that was using 40%/60% e85/93 mixed fuel (I was on 25%/75% e85/93 mixed fuel). I think it would be a close race.

My car was basically the same as it was in this video below.

But sure, no one ever cared, sigh. Imagine how I felt after dealing with this for over two years.
I do.

We both started noticing the flatline issue back in the day when you were running procede.

Difference is there is a legitimate workaround now and a cause.

I agree with this guy, its very rare when ones car is at 100%. So when they all had the opportunity to have some fun they did. No use crying over spilt milk. Yeah you can let it be known that the cars were experiencing problems but next time you guys race just hope to have them fixed.By the way that GTI was moving even on that viper, and the 335is were moving too! So instead of everyone complaining just say good race and well do it again soon. If its not for money there's no reason to get bent out of shape. Just my theory on it.

good runs guys! be safe on the road.

I'd like to come down and play sometime later this winter or early spring. Car is in full winter suspension/subframe mod mayhem at this point.

Would be some fun runs w the older M3 hopefully showing that older cars can still move
