It is indeed a BorgWarner Turbo...you can see their logo on the turbo housing right in that picture.

Don't forget only one wastegate, one DV, shielded exhaust manifold (less engine bay heat).

Downsides are Valvetronic and probably more anti-Tuning measures implemented in the DME software.
