NEWB guestion from a non-noob LOL
hey guys,
so i am pretty sure my rotors are warped, the steering wheel shakes violently when i brake. i just had bmw put on a new set of Linea corse wheels for me and since then it seems like they are not balanced correctly and may also contribution to the steering wheel vibration i posted up about in another thread, but i also think this might be due to the warped rotors. my question in hand is..since i put on aftermarket wheels and tires, will BMW still offer to fix my braking system under warranty? rotors should not be warping like this? they just replaced everything 8-10k miles ago. let me know what you members think about this situation. thanks!

Yes, wheels will not effect your brake warranty
I got my rotors & pads changed through factory warranty and I've had aftermarket wheels on my car since the day I got it. |
