Smile Is it possible to have a diffuser without having an m-tech bumper?

Hey everyone, I'm new to E90post and I just had a question to ask you guys. Looking at a lot of 335i's, I see that some people have a rear diffuser similar to the m-tech one but they don't have the m-tech bumper... I was wondering how they mount these diffusers (do they cut the stock bumper or what?). Thanks

it is possible to have a diffuser without an mtech bumper... but it's the cheap option.

they don't look as good.... my advice would be to just buy the whole bumper. it will look 10x better than the ebay stuff

You can get the Hamann rep diffuser and attach it to your stock bumper. Do a search, there are quite a few threads on it.

ps I have one laying around that I have not installed yet, if you're interested shoot me a PM

non-mtech rear

Heres a pic of my quad hamann diffuser. it requires a lot of cutting for it to be installed, but overall looks good to me
