Arrow Look what just arrived... FK HighSports!

Just had these delivered from Germany. They aren't a very popular choice for E90 but I wanted to give them a blast and see what they are like. This is the first time I have used/installed Coilovers but will be giving you guys the full low-down once they are on the car.

Nice, in order to check how much drop you get you need to measure the ride height before and after.

Most people forget until its too late!

Park the car on dead flat gound and measure the vertical distance from the centre of each wheel (use the cross on the BMW logo on the wheel centre badge) to the arch lip and write each one down.

With the new kit fitted measure them again to find the exact drop. This is useful if you have any problems later.

Its impossible to judge by eye.

A guy in the states bought these cheapo fk coilovers. He got abuse for installing them on his car...
People then gave him a chance to test them and report back..
But he never responded again. Assumed they did not work very well.

Good luck mate!

I haven't used these coilovers but I have had a different brand on another car, they will transform the ride!

I advise you grease the threads on them very well otherwise they will corrode slightly and you won't be able to adjust them after a few months.
