Talking Getting excited...335i upgrades are working

Hey guys...Im pretty damn excited about what's been going on with the response I've gotten out of my upgrades so far from my 335i. And im not done and hope to hear some other great ideas...

Im not new to upgrading, but new to upgrading a BMW!

So far...From Turner Motorsports

Turbo Tuner 2 . Honestly was worried to send them the actual PCU for the reflash. Maybe a mistake, you tell me.
AFE Intake Kit. Finally can hear the turbos spooling.
Borla Cat back exhaust
Borla straight pipes (cat elimination)

Im actually installing the full exhaust this weekend, and really wont know the full HP gain till then. But with the first two upgrades Im starting to break loose the tires passing people.

Please give me your input on the downpipes. Ive read some horror stories regarding the engine light being tripped.

Cheers!
Nathan

Everything is great except for your turbo tuner flash....If you did a search you would have found that Procede V4 or JB3 will yield you the best power output...You seem to be looking to mod the car for performance and turbo tuner flash (not even sure I have heard of this) will not be as effective as the two piggybacks I have mentioned...Now its your choice to choose between the two...I prefer the V4

Not sure.. probably should have posted something here first before buying. The removing of and sending out to reflash made me nervous.

Great...you guys have me worried that the BMW dealership, which purchased & installed the kit, lied about what kit it was.

Ordered it today, unfortunately they are back ordered for three weeks. Waiting sucks!

And yes, maybe the kit is a M3. Either way, I was happy with the workmanship of the kit and paint job. I do know they had to do some modifications to the front clip for it to fit.

it looks like the diffuser portion was painted though, which is a bit odd.

That could be my fault...I had told them NO chicken wire or unpainted sections. Im not a fan of unpainted plastic, it tends to fade.

For future ref there's some great detailing products that help fix that. For example:

Adam's VRT - http://www.detailersdomain.com/adams...-supervrt.aspx

Black Wow - http://www.detailersdomain.com/black...mdressing.aspx
