2009 bmw Sedan - why dealership over price on this car?

2009 BMW 328i XDrive Sedan
Dealer listed for $29,991
26,000 miles
Manual

M-sport package
cold package
Sport package

Based on Kelly blue book private sale value, it is $26,585 which is how much is the resale value. The reason I use the private value here to compare, because I want to see how much I lost after buying this car from the dealership. I have no idea how the dealership is asking so much for $30K on this used car.

What do you guys think? How much lower do you think I can ask for? Thanks!

Similar situation. Dealer asking $30k for 08 decent miles 335xi coupe with nav, and KBB private lists it for 27k excellent condition. They should be more flexible with sedans.

Is this CPO ?? cause CPO adds 2K to the price of the car .
Even after that, this is a very good deal cosidering M sport package.

Yes, it is CPO. If you buy the car and keep it, yes it will worth it. But if you sell the car after a few years down the road, people don't pay you more because you have CPO. I change cars every 1 - 2 years and i think this price is too much. I passed...
