I have a pre-lci e90 with sports suspension with H&R sport springs. At the fronts, I have a 18x8.5 offset 38 wrapped in 225/40 RE -11's. What will be the max spacer I could use with no rub?

I use to have a 19x8.5 offset 30 wrapped in 235/35 falken 452's and it rubs on the outer wheel on dips during medium speeds.

Anyone has any idea or suggestions please??? I want no rub at all and would like to push it out as much as I can...

Check your gap, measure, and purchase the appropriate spacers.

Exactly!! There's a lot more people running a more aggressive set up here but my only guess is that their on coils. Unlike mine, I have a preset height with stock suspension and H&R sports springs. The rub was minimal on the outer side of the tires as I mentioned above...
