Hexon RR600
How long have people waited to get these once an order was placed?
Did it correspond to the original ETA from Hexon? How was your experience with their response to your inquiries? I ask these questions because mine are now a week past due, and I am no longer getting any response to my inquiries for the last week. |

I expected this from Vargas, and that's why I went with Hexon. I should've gone with Pure. |

Try Facebook, and keep in mind that he is roughly 12 hours off our time zone.

Mine were on time and sat in my dining room for many weeks. Not sure why people lose it when turbos take time. They need to be built! Quality is very high and I'm a patient man if the quality is there. Good luck man.

I speak with Wayne on a daily basis about a number including his production schedule, new product development, customer results, customer comments and feedback and forum feedback. Because I am a dealer for the Hexon product we take a great interest in assisting Wayne with managing many of these and making sure they don't go overlooked so he can focus on building turbos and making ship dates.
I can say that with exception of having the inlets ship a few days delayed to the turbos (believe this has been resolved now) and the installation kits ordering delays (which we now handle for our customers), that the ship dates have been on target. Chris |

I unfortunately I had the same problem with Hexon. My shipment was heavily push back (about a month+ I think), but I also ordered during the black friday sale. Talking to Wayne this seemed to be mostly due to delay in receiving parts (used turbos I presume) "supposedly". Since its clear that English is not his first language or one he's very fluent in messages with him via email and facebook have a lot of typos making hard to gauge whether you being fed bullshit or if he just missed typed something. Although communication with him is hard sometimes (a few days sometimes without response) he does seem sincere in his apologies and I have no problems resolving any issues with him. I'd say just give him a chance they do seem to be a small shop.
