Hexon RR600

How long have people waited to get these once an order was placed?

Did it correspond to the original ETA from Hexon?

How was your experience with their response to your inquiries?

I ask these questions because mine are now a week past due, and I am no longer getting any response to my inquiries for the last week.

I tried the same email address Wayne had been responding to before I bought them, and the same email address he responded to when acknowledging the sale. I'm not on FB.

I expected this from Vargas, and that's why I went with Hexon. I should've gone with Pure.

Try Facebook, and keep in mind that he is roughly 12 hours off our time zone.

My orders are on schedule but I also make sure they stay that way for my customers with Wayne.

Garage List
Mine were on time and sat in my dining room for many weeks. Not sure why people lose it when turbos take time. They need to be built! Quality is very high and I'm a patient man if the quality is there. Good luck man.

I would personally rather wait for quality I mean if you were months past due that would be more concerning

I speak with Wayne on a daily basis about a number including his production schedule, new product development, customer results, customer comments and feedback and forum feedback. Because I am a dealer for the Hexon product we take a great interest in assisting Wayne with managing many of these and making sure they don't go overlooked so he can focus on building turbos and making ship dates.

I can say that with exception of having the inlets ship a few days delayed to the turbos (believe this has been resolved now) and the installation kits ordering delays (which we now handle for our customers), that the ship dates have been on target.

They have been resolving everything but my order apparently. If Hexon isn't going to stick to the dates provided, they shouldn't pass them out in an attempt to get more sales. I have now missed my limitted install opportunity due to this delay.

Still no response from Wayne.

What is your name? shoot it to me in a PM if you want! I would be happy to find out where your turbos are in production. I just emailed ETA's to all of my customers this morning and there were some minor delays, but barely a week and mainly due to the high influx of sales during the promotion, which will be shipping in two batches depending on what your order date was.

Let me know If you would like me to look into it for you!

Thanks,

Chris

Supposedly its not unusual... My order was placed mid feb. may not get mine until mid april so about a good 2mo wait. He does respond via facebook. But there should def be a disclaimer for longer ship time on the site. When i was a week past due i came across a few of these threads and also the shop that will be installing, and they all said that turnaround time is god aweful. Dont get alarmed. Seems like the norm. You'll probably get them next month

Durability IMO will have to wait and see. These haven't been out long enough to really make any longevity claims (no 2 months is not durability lol).

Give it 1 year or so and people should have a better idea

I unfortunately I had the same problem with Hexon. My shipment was heavily push back (about a month+ I think), but I also ordered during the black friday sale. Talking to Wayne this seemed to be mostly due to delay in receiving parts (used turbos I presume) "supposedly". Since its clear that English is not his first language or one he's very fluent in messages with him via email and facebook have a lot of typos making hard to gauge whether you being fed bullshit or if he just missed typed something. Although communication with him is hard sometimes (a few days sometimes without response) he does seem sincere in his apologies and I have no problems resolving any issues with him. I'd say just give him a chance they do seem to be a small shop.
