Extreme brake dust???

I know this is a not a new issue and i have noticed this for many years but did not care to find out the answer because i was not a bmw owner but does anyone know how i can reduce the extreme amount of brake dust collecting on my rims....someone mentioned that Ceramic brake pads would work....does anyone know a better or alternative method and does anyone have any comments or experience with ceramic brake pads?
Thanks alot

HAWK HPS

You don't have to go ceramic to experience less dust. HAWK HPS pads are
considered some of the best street pads and I have been pleasently surprised by the lack of brake dust. Most post about HPS (not confused with HP) are focused on their linear performance. I can tell you that the low brake dust and even quiet performance are qualities that you don't often read about (given the installation is done correctley).

Seal the wheels with Armorall wheel protectant (aerosol). It's the only Armorall product that isn't shit, and it works surprisingly well. Easy to use.

Ive heard cool carbon brake pads reduce the dust you see with the stock pads. Anybody have any experiences?

That is correct, the Cool Carbon brake pads dust less than the OEM pads while improving the brake pedal feel. Let me know if you have any other questions!
