It is Wide Open Throttle. I think it means when you mash the pedal to the floor. Which leads into my question above.

Tested today with my pre v29.2 Noelle tuning and a boost gauge. It takes about 0.5 seconds at 2000 rpm & WOT until noticeable boost is built up.

That is one of the problem, you state noticeable boost while others are wanting maximum boost. The measuring standards are different yet people are wanting to compare notes.
