Are you still using this setup for your meth nozzles? Did you find that it kept your fuel trims consistent? Looks like you used JB Weld on the nozzle fittings. Curious to give this a try if it works. |

Yeah works great, but I think if you have a large difference in trims its likely not solely due to meth distribution. Worth a shot though.
I have now dialed my meth DC back to 50% max midrange and 70% top end w/ starting injection at 10psi. Much less usage... loving it. |

My fuel trims are identical between banks when I don't spray.......so I draw conclusions from that comparison. I am spraying at 60% DC and agree that it feels better and actually improves the uneven fuel trims by about 5%.....I guess due to less volume resulting in less liquification of the meth. Did you use JB Weld on the meth bungs? |

I believe I used 1/8 NPT x 27 and .332" drill bit IIRC. I got the sizes from google with a "1/8 NPT drill size" search.

Thanks guys! Yes Howerton has a 1/8 tap kit on their website as you indicated Josh. Are you still running a 50% DC midrange tapering up to 70%? Jeff Howerton does not recommend running 100% duty cycle on the FAV...I was surprised but I guess you need some pulsing action to promote better atomization I might drop down a nozzle size or two to get a finer spray pattern. |

Hey guys, would it make sense to install the meth kit using a fuel cell( the smaller slimmer kind)?
I feel it would be much safer and some fuel cells can fit under the trunk mat. just an idea, let me know what you think. |

Hey Josh:
Here is a datalog I just pulled using your meth table. It was only the second run, so maybe not completely adapted, but looking very good nonetheless 3rd gear used to feel like it would bog at lower rpms, but not now. It responds much better with the lower meth flow at low rpms. Feels very smooth too. Thanks man......I like it. . . . |

But it's still 32F up here in Toronto, so the weather needs to warm up a bit first before I crawl under the car to unclip the up-pipe from the intercooler and tap it. I will post up logs though. |
