I'm not getting scammed lol. The 25mph is what the wife "Said" she hit it at. it may of been faster lol. Insurance company is USAA and I highly doubt there trying to take advantage of there military members. The hard top convertible was not lining up 100% like just BARLEY off. BMW here in charleston through it up on there unibody machine and found the chasis was twisted just in slightest. USAA is paying out very reasonably and BMW isn't making much on the car so I doubt anyone is trying to take advantage of us.


That being said; Dekansnowman you would probably need other things as well. I.E. ECU etc. not sure what, but figure with this feeler thread see if there is a market for me to part this thing out.

Guys (and ladies if there are any),

I am so sorry for not getting back to you. This has been a huge fight with USAA on what they "feel" the car is worth and what I feel it's worth. Between that and selling one house, and closing on another I completely forgot about this. I have yet to buy back the car. And to be honest, I would like to just sell the whole car. If I buy it back I just won't have the time right now to part this thing down. Is anyone interested in the whole car I can get pictures next week of the accident and we can go from there. USAA at first didnt think it would be totaled. They spent $8000 dollars repairing the front end to get it rolling. Just to find out the top would not line up with the window. So they totaled it. Probably why there not giving my price i want since they just blew $8000 to just have to eat it. We SHOULD have come to agreement come next week.

That being said, I once again am very sorry for just ditching out! It will not happen again. I will check in here and there and make sure to reply to my Pm's with-in 24 hours.

I'm open to offers. I know new they are about $356,000 through bmw LOL :P. I'm open to offers though. With the amount of work Hendrickson BMW put into it to get it rollable, I wouldn't be surprised if it was drivable (low speed) like around the neighborhood or what not. Had quite a bit of interest into the whole car as it sits. I will get pics just trying to wrap this up with USAA so I can get it moved to my house.
