This car is out of warranty but I would like to keep it for long time so I am looking into coverage one warranty. Anyone have experience?

Coverage 1 is no too bad for coverage but I believe this can only be purchased through a participating new/used car dealer.
Ensurall is another that is quite good as well, they cover most of the BMW SIB's if related to the issue complained about. I understand that you can go to them direct. Mark |

what i did was called the dealer known for giving the best warranty deals and then called the dealer closest to me in order for them to match it.....they did not want to give up the additional business. I store the car for the winter months, so the 4/ 48,000 warranty was perfect for me.
keep shopping around ....even if you save a few hundred bucks overall, its still worth it. |

Not sure if you have this in Vancouver, but I got Nation Wide Extended Warranty. Its covers the car up to 200,000km no limit on the amount of years until you reach that km range.
Best warranty out there, especially if you plan to keep the car for along time. I am only at 32,000km. This will kick in once my BMW warranty expires. Costs around $3000-$4000 if under warranty. Around $5,000 if out of warranty I believe...but it all depends on who you go to get it. |

This sounds fantastic!!! Can I get it if I'm still under Bmw CPO? Where can I buy it from here in Ontario? Do they pay my bmw mechanic or dealer with a credit card? Can you take your car anywhere to get serviced? Also what does it cover? Last edited by 335icandy; 11-04-2013 at 04:59 AM.. Reason: ummm |

Not sure if Lubrico is available Canada wide, but I got full coverage (obv not wear and tear) including power equipment, for $2100 3 years or 60000km, purchased it when I bought the car from a private dealer, not 100 percent sure if you can purchase it at anytime, so far no problems and have even gotten an auto tranny rebuild covered
