Yoga is the man... if you're going to use T&C, ask for Yoga Warren.... Nothing but good things to say! He responds to all phone calls and emails without delay.

TC BMW is trash. They ignored me after I filed a complaint with them during that incident posted above. They slammed the door on me and told me to contact BMW Canada.
I was very pissed off considering thats where I bought my car. I think im going to take BMW Canada to small claims court over this incident. What do you guys think?

I remember Yoga Warren ... he used to work for a Ford dealership a couple of years ago ... he is one of those guys who goes the extra mile without being disgruntled like most of the other car sales reps ...

Yoga was my CA at T+C. Fast-paced guy. Admittedly my experience wasn't so smooth but the issue came down to a delay in production that he couldn't explain to my satisfaction. Once that was straightened out we did alright.

He can put you off because he's a fast talker, but it's more that he's literally a high-energy kind of guy. Once you get past that he really is helpful and does strive to answer all of your questions ASAP. Got many an email from him sent from his Blackberry on his off days .

Town & Country, T&C BMW, Toronto, Markham, Ontario. Horrible, poor, worst service.

Here is the story. I ordered my car back on the 22nd of Feb. 2007 from Steven Huen and was told on several occasions before purchase that the car would arrive for a late April or May delivery. After a month of hearing nothing from them and needing to have a clearer picture of delivery date for financial reasons I tried to contact my CA. I was not in the country at the time and emailed Steven three times in a week and he never responded (He did once with "I WILL GET BACK TO YOU BY THE END OF THE DAY." HE did not). I then called him and he said he would get back to me by the end of the day. He never did.

When I got back from my trip I went in and spoke to the manager. He took a look at my order and said that there was no production number yet and it looked like a July delivery. I then told him that Steven had never returned any of my calls or emails and that I was intially told late April, May delivery. He said he would speak to Steven and call me the next day. He never did.

I then went back and talked to Steven, right away he starts feeding me a bunch of bs and says that it will actually be a June delivery. I said the manager said July delivery and he got all uneasy and had a confused look on his face. I then went on to say that it was not difficult to figure out. You have four allocations a month from BMW (that is what the manager told me) how many people are in front of me, simple math. He didn't feel it necessary to respond to that comment. I ended that conversation telling him they have 90 days to deliver the car or I would cancel the contract. He said what if the car is a week or two late. I told him if that is the case that will be fine. He said he would call me back on the Monday after the weekend with an update. I never got that call.

I went in today to cancel my contract and spoke to Steven. He finally came clean and said it will be a June build, July delivery and showed me the information on the computer. I don't know if that was the truth or not, but the purchase date of the vehicle he showed me was a January purchase date. I told him to just cancel the contract and refund my deposit, which he did. He didn't seem to care, nor did anyone come and ask if there was a problem.

Since the day I put down the deposit, I never received a call from them about the vehicle. I never received a response to any of my emails (there was that one) or phone calls or in person meetings. The most contact that I received from them on their part was the TWO emails they sent telling me about the VW dealership they bought next door and the one letter in the mail about the VW dealership. Town and Country BMW, T&C BMW, T & C BMW, T and C BMW and Steven Huen has been the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

There are two members on bimmerfest who have had the same type of experience.

I was on the my 3rd dealer...

The 1st two that I went to were less than helpful. Finally one of the guys @ my work told me that his neighbour worked @ one of the dealerships. You would expect them to be better than they are.

All I can say is get a Lexus is350...... If I hadn't gotten lucky (3rd time) my next trip was to the Lexus dealer...

Look for Stephen Lau in T+C.

He is usually busy, but that is because everyone likes his service.

P.S. since 2003

I will be cancelling the order as well on principle. No way is he or T&C getting a dime of my mine, except the interest they have earned on my deposit.

Did you also get the numerous emails and letter in the mail about them purchasing the VW dealership next door? Most contact I have gotten from them since I bought.
oh man... Mr. H....... worst agent ever!!

BMW Canada called me to rate him from 1-10.. i gave him a -10 in most of the aspect of it...... but anyhow. i love my car... he got my business because of BMW itself not him.....

email reply from him? no way...... phone call? sometimes..... i hate these ppl just not replying ur call.... and on his name card is "New Car Specialist". when i ask him something about the aerokits and stuff back in Nov. 2006 when I order it.. he told me that it's not available!! and told me the same thing when I picked it up in Feb... OMG.... NEW CAR SPECIALIST??

My Experience from Town and Country:

Although I am now only 21, this is the 2nd bmw that I am the daily driver.
I was only 17 the first time I came into T&C with my father. Regardless just this past November I went in to browse around while I was in Toronto. I am from Windsor. Anyways the sales rep from 3 years ago still remembered who I was. Remember my name and everthing. I was very impressed. Although I did not purchase my E90 from him. (got it from the Windsor BMW) I was very satisfied with they way he treated me even though my father did not purchase from him the 2nd time. This was only because Windsor decided to gives us a better price, knowing that we were willing to go to Toronto if we had too again, since i bough the E46 from T&C back in 2003.

Just this past month, we purchased an X3 from T&C. Same sales rep. I just wanted to say that my family's experience with T&C has been nothing but great.

BTW my sales rep was John Yung. Just my 0.02

I don't want to change topics of this post or anything but I just remembered that the Windsor BMW weren't as nice or as helpful when they realized that I purchased my car from another dealer. Maybe it was because I was young. However, I will never buy another car from BMW of windsor or any other of the dealership the owner owns.

Yes, he is not bad. I got it from him as well. But today when I go to double check my order, and found out the nav package I've added (after the signing) was not in the computer. He is trying to get the GM to fix this ASAP. Currently it's a status 12.. but I've asked other forum member that it is still possible to make the changes. Hopefully it all works out else the dealership have to compensate for the mistake.

Okay, I got a call from the sale consultant.. he helped me admend the changes but I need to wait a couple of days to know if the system takes the change. Hopefully everything goes well from here.

Okay, here is the news, the changes didn't go through. It was too late to make the change, which means if I need to re-order the car, the car will arrive in late August or early September. The whole Summer basically is gone. The sale consultant is working something out for me. My timeline without a car is totally out of wack now. I am asking the dealership to give me a loaner from now till the car arrive and additional accessories to compensate for their mistake. If that doesn't work out, I guess myself and along with my friends will have to go else where (other dealership or different brand of car).
