I've got a used Performance Exhaust for N52 E90. Mileage unknown, tips are in good condition. Includes muffler and midpipes, as well as all 3 clamps needed for install, set of new bushings + bolts (OEM, ~$35 new) to replace your rusty ones (from the DP-midpipe connection). SOLDSOLDSOLD cash. I'm located at 11790, not shipping as of now. Before you tell me the midpipes are bent, that's how they come from the factory for clearance reasons. Muffler was welded on and cut off, the pipe should be cleaned up a bit before clamping (if that's how you're going to install). I might do this myself in the next few days. Very small oxidation on bottom of one tip, not visible at all when installed.

I've also got an OEM Euro Air Box + KNN Cone Filter, under 3k miles on the filter. I'd need your SOLDSOLDSOLD Cash. This is arguably the best (aside from Perf. Intake) intake available for the N52. Will throw in a free pair of black Cyba scoops and OEM filter (unknown mileage). Come to me and I'll install it for you.

Does the airbox sound like the performance intake? or is it quiet like the oem one?

I'm pretty close to NYC, if you're committed I could certainly meet you within 30-40 mins.

As for the airbox, I noticed an increase in performance and sound coming from a stock airbox with carbon filter intact. I can't really say much else as I don't have experience with anything else. Since you have a 330, you can take a ride in my car and decide whether you like it enough to buy. I'd also be willing to give a ride to anyone else, but if you have a 328/325 you might attribute increased performance to the slight increase in bhp and not the airbox.
