2007 E90 Light Control Module Location ?

Does anybody know exactly where the headlight control module is located on a E90. I have a headlight that does not work and after much head scratching I am informed that I need a new module. I know somebody who may have one but I need the part number off the old one to confirm so any help would be much appreciated.

It's incorporated into the light switch itself. On the e46 it contained redundant mileage information, so if you swapped with one from a different car you'd get the mileage tamper warning on the dashboard. Don't know if it's the same on the e9x but I believe it is.

Now I am confused, everything I have seen relating to the headlight control module, seems to indicate it is the FRM or FCM (footwell module). Is this not the case, where is it physically located ?

It is around drivers foot (right side of it).
This is what I read long time ago.
