HID projector fog lights

Just finished making some custom projector fog lights. I'll take some output pictures tonight.

(sorry for the dirty car, it rained yesterday)

They are blazer fogs. Blazers are known for their crisp cut off line when converted to HID.

I'll post some night pics this evening.

Very nice! Just out of curiosity, are there shrouds on those? If so, what kind?

No, I didn't bother with shrouds. It's such a tight fit, there isn't really any need for them.

Great job dude! That looks very professional. I definitely want to do that to my car, maybe during the summer I'll look in to it.

It wasn't too hard. I just baked the fog lights at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes, then slow worked a flat screw driver between the lens and housing. Once I got the lights apart, I removed the metal reflector and bored out the center hole so that the projector base would fit. I then epoxied the metal reflector to the projector and painted the remaining visible chrome with black high temp paint. Once everything dried, I snapped the metal reflector back into the fog light housing and sealed the lens back on.

The best part is that the adjustment screw still works!

did u use a dremel to make a bigger hole? what do you mean when u siad u epoxied the metel reflector to the projector? howd u get the projector housing to mount in the housing? did you epoxy that on too? and did u have to find a projector with the same bulb fitment as the e92 or did u just get a bulb to go with the projector?
