how to check engine oil and transmission oil level?

Hi guys, I'm so new to this BMW. Just bought a 2006 325i last month. And I found out that every morning in the bottom ground of my car, there is some amount of "oil" (I cant specific what kind of oil it is)
I open my hood, and the only thing I can check is the steering wheel fluid. This level is okie.
So the leaking oil must be from either the brake (which I assume is okie), the engine oil, and transmission oil.
With my previous cars (Camry and Accord). There are the stick bar to check for the engine oil and transmission oil level, but this BMW I failed to find that stick. There is nothing under the hood to check for those oil level. Can you please help me find out how to check for those oil level.
Thanks

Motor oil level check is through the nav screen menu. Don't have a pure auto-trans so can't help you there, but transmission fluid usually has high color like purple while engine oil will most likely be black & brake fluid is clear.

The engine oil can be checked either through the settings menu on the iDrive (if you have a nav screen) or through the turn signal stalk (if you don't have nav). Not entirely sure how to check it through the turn signal stalk since I have iDrive, but a quick search of the forum should produce an answer. As for the transmission, the oil level can not be checked through a dip stick either and can only be checked at the transmission itself and would require a lift or a jack and jack stands.
