You're running JB4 map 2 with stock DPs?

Nice numbers for 93 octane!
I don't understand how map 5 can run that much boost without e85 though.

Thanks!

I wasn't data logging during the run so I can't confirm the numbers, but during some runs recently data logged it was pulling 16.5psi. I switch to Map 5(while driving), then immediately do 3-4 WOT runs.

Map 5 on dyno apparently over boosts the car form what I've seen on here, causing it to spike higher PSI than on the street.

Really? I wonder what would cause this to happen? Possibly from less load?

Currently running an e30-ish PTF map done by Jake. Not 100% done tweaking this map, an we are thinking about upping the ethanol. Overall very satisfied with the results.
My dyno graph looks basically identical (just a little lower numbers). I am also using COBB E30 map on my 2008 E92 6MT FBO... I run around E30 mix (2:1 93 octane and E85). Put down 406 RWHP and 462 RWTQ. This makes me want to consider fine-tuning rather than just sticking with the OTS map. Car runs great regardless, and I use that gas 24/7.

Anyone have numbers with FBO and 109 unleaded on JB4 Map 7?? Curious if this will make more power than a E85 powered car.. Any help would be great as I'm about to order Stage 2 fueling kit but want to know how just straight 109 unleaded would do.

I would throw some E85 at it and see what you get, a nice 25-30 easy mix would bump those numbers 30+ I bet. Otherwise, the numbers look right.

Jnat - can I run E85 with what I have now? I don't need a special tune for it? If so, how much is safe to run? Sorry, I'm a noob with E85. I wasn't going to consider it until I was FBO. If I can run it, what ratio can I run? You said a 25-30 mix? How do I make that? Assuming I have a 16 gallon tank, and I use 93 octane gas, how many gallons of 93 and how many gallons of E85 will amount to a 25-30 mix?

Abdullahb - do you have a dyno sheet to prove those numbers? Also, who did your tune? How did you higher the boost to hold 18 and taper to 14?

start with a E30 mix (30% of E85 and 70% of 91/93 octane)

If your running Cobb, u have two choices. One, do ur homework and learn how to adjust the fuel scaler, Cobb lists how and what on their Website. Two, add two or maybe three gallons to a full tank, u probably don't have to adjust anything for that week of a mixture. This will allow for optimal timing on the conventional maps and add some cylinder cooling. If u read up on ATR, adding a little timing and adjusting the fuel will yield fantastic results!
