My car with 245/35-18 fronts (PSS) fit really well on stock suspension with et38's. with camber plates and the right offset 255 or 265's should be no problem.
I ran 265/35/18s on stock suspension . Believe my Volks are +33 offsets square. You should be fine.

My wheels are OEM rear 193M wheels. I believe the offset is 37mm, and width is 8.5". I'm pretty sure your front VMR wheels can fit in the front with 255/35 tires.

I'm due for new summer tires when spring arrives as mine are pretty worn out. That being said I really like the idea of going with a square set up as so many have suggested and think I am going to go that route first and add other bits as I gain experience.

One thing I noticed was that Vorshlag sells different camber plates depending on if you are running stock suspension or coilovers. That being said does it make sense for me to just suck it up and get the KW V2 Coilovers I want to get eventually and the corresponding camber plates now? Would hate to have to buy a second set of camber plates down the road when I buy the coilovers.

Thanks for the advice so far guys, really great insight here! Keep the knowledge coming!
Yeah definitely bundle as many matching components as you can together... coilovers and CP makes sense.

You can get LSD ~ 1200. I would do all instals in phases and make a list of parts and estimate the total cost for each phase + 20% for the unknown/surprises. For example you can consider this:

Ph 1: Tires, Brakes, SS lines, blue fluid
Ph 2: KW, LSD, M3 sf bushings, camber plates
PH 3: ...

By going with the phased approach you can save money by having one alignment (two max if rq'd for Ph 1) and asking for an install discount for Ph 2.

I did my mods similarly and am very happy how everything worked out and my Indy shop was very happy to work with me to keep the cost in check. I ended up getting a discount of around 10-12% and they performed a dozen other checks as well.
