Any tips on how to permanently or cosmetically repair the curb rash on my OEM 193M wheel? The very slow speed (almost stopped) impact with the curb in front of my house seems to have only removed the wheel coating and scuffed the tire.

Check these guys out. I used them in my area and the guy showed up with his truck and mobile trailer workshop. He was very professional and did the work at my house. I had some curbing and chips on all wheels of my 2006 330xi when I bought it. He charged me $100 per wheel and they look like brand new with a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.

oh wow the rim even has tire guard protection and still got a curb rash at low speed/impact and ppl say running stretched tires will cause this...hmm weird.
