I need help buying the right coding cable......

and my car is a 2007 e92 335i with a build date of >>>>>July 2006<<<<<
can experts comfirm if the cable i link will work with my car?????? :h elp:

Do not worry. That cable w/OBD interface K+DCAN works on any Exx car.

It won't on cars manufactured before 2005, pins 7&8 need to be bridged for these. You can buy an adapter or install a switch for this.

and you can ask the customer service which one is the best one for you

I'm new to the forum. I have a 2007 323i which i would like to be able to code/perform diagnosis on. Are you able to send me the link to the appropriate software (64 bit if poss) to my email address? I think you cant pm me because of insufficient posts.

Seems as though all the guys with the information are banned. Anybody know how to find the correct OBD II cord and the software? Any links for the correct OBD II cord from xcardiag?

I have a cable that I don't need since I sold the car. I installed a jumper to that it can be used on old and new cars. Send me a PM if interested.

The K+DCAN cable from one stop electronics.com is known to work well. They ship via HK post, so it can take a while to arrive.

The software is floating around all over the place, some crooks might even try to charge you for it.

I never seen any problems reported with the one stop cable. Others appear to be hit and miss. Your mileage may vary.
