OEM alarm help?

I found a wrecked 325I with working alarm. What all do I need off it to make it work and have it installed in mine? Or is it impossible?

I would find the instructions for install online somewhere. It's very doable depending on damage. There is a siren/tilt sensor above the rear wheel, driver's side, unbolts and unplugs. Ultrasonic sensor near dome light behind grille in ceiling. Hood pin switch. That's it - then you need recoding to make it all work Well documented topic.

Why would you want to steal the car if you found it wrecked - wouldn't you be better off stealing a new and undamaged 325i?

You guys do things differently in the States....

Well got it installed....

Clown nose blinks, interior sensor works, will chirp when locked ansd unlocked...but thats it..
No luck with hood switch, or panic mode or anything showing up in the onboard computer.
I know it needs to be coded but what else can the alarm do once coded?
