second HPFP failure in 2 days

So i brought my car in on thursday the getr my hpfp changed because it went on me after 17000km. I got my car back the same day and it went on me again 1 day later. Pathetic. Just need to vent.

did they replace the pump or just put the software on it? sounds like they just updated your software...

They said they replaced the pump and havethat written down on the work sheet as well. I dont think they replaced it and they most likely billed BMW Canada for it anyways.... Fraud

wow thats some pretty serious allegations! If the work order says they replaced it and it wasnt done, then you def. have some leverage to get it done right! Good luck

The dealership is BMW Autohaus. IVe had so many problems with this car that they cant fix properly after trying numerous time and taking approx 2 months in total to "fix". My roof didnt work, windows go up and down randomly when i try to close them, radio shorts out, rotational squeal on the wheels. Ive retained a lawyer and im most likely going to sue them. The car only has 17 000 km on it. Majority of problems started at 8000km

search "Autohaus" or "worst dealership in Toronto" and You will be amazed!
