Cp-E are made for Xi and they are at a great price. Great quality, bell mouth housing, mandrel bent, full stainless steel. Really a no brainer for the price quality and fitment.

You also have the option for catted and catless.

Full weight.
Now just running the DPs and GIAC stage 2 for a smooth daily driver. Not as much low end as the JB, which Routinely gave me 1.7 60 ft times. But the GIAC does have a great top end and will give you a 1.8 60 ft time, but the best slip I got was only 12.3.
That time was before my strip closed and I haven't been back, oddly enough it was on 1/4 tank without a rear seat (~3850lbs) and just JB4 + DCI running map 7 on 104 octane. Map 2 on 93 octane was good for a 12.3 without seats on the same track. It was ~50 F both times so maybe the cool temps had something to do with the faster than normal times.

I added meth recently and that's what has put me into a 11.92 full weight, although I'm now running 117.5mph traps full weight vs 114.72 @ 3850lbs so it's clear the power has increased a good bit. 11.92 is also with a 1.81 60' vs my best 1.65 60' at the strip, so cutting a good 60' and running 3750lbs I'm hoping to hit 11.7x at least and maybe high 11.6x at closer to 120mph.

I feel pretty comfortable with this power level on the stock drivetrain, but with nitrous I doubt the drivetrain can hold up to hit really low 11s / high 10s. We'll see how it goes, the power has become the easy part for the 335xi in my case, now I feel like I'm on edge waiting for something in the drivetrain to break.

That's going to be badazz! Yes, I can see mid elevens in there for the good guys (xi guys). I never tried weight reduction. I truly retired the car from serious drag runs and more of a daily driver. Surprisingly, I think it is faster in the top end although I don't have facts on that. But iris based on side by side runs with my 09 tuned CTS-v. With jb3 map 7 and race fuel, a 60 roll was pretty easy for the v to pull away. With GIAC on race map it is much closer, althought the v still pulls away.

Your absolutely right. The xi surprises folks who think its slow after the launch. This car toys with many cars on the freeway that assume its not fast.

What is your 60-130. I know you were pulling one of the best dyno numbers back when I frequented this board....Edit: never mind, just saw your time in the sticky thread. That is moving!!!!!

dont waste your money on catted dps, u wont pass inspection with them, and they have a high failure rate not worth the extra $$$, go catless if ur even gonna bother messing with them, i went catless and i dont regret it at all

Now I was sitting waiting wishing
You'd make Downpipes for my transmission
Then maybe you'd see me smile
But Lord knows that this world is cruel
And downpipes aren't for the XI crew
Learning having purchased all wheel drive will surely limit you

Must I always be waiting waiting on you (tiago)?
Must I always be playing playing your fool (tiago)?

I sing ya songs I dance a dance
i wanted new pipes to delete my cats
NY state inspection wasn't worth never having you
And maybe you been through this before
Because I wanted my pipes but you had no more
went with AR just to make my ride move

I can't always be waiting waiting on you
I can't always be playing playing your fool

I keep modding my car
But it's not my scene
when will you make new pipes?
I've had enough mystery.
Keep building me up, then shooting me down
Well I'm already down
Just wait a minute
Just sitting waiting
Just wait a minute
Just sitting waiting

Well if I was in your position
I'd make pipes stat for the XI transmission
I'd wondered why'd it taken you so long
But Lord knows that I'm not you
And If I was I wouldn't be so cruel
Cause waiting on pipes ain't so easy to do

Must I always be waiting waiting on you?
Must I always be playing playing your fool?
No I can't always be waiting waiting on you
I can't always be playing playing your fool, fool
