Question Window Tint

Hey everyone
Has anyone done a tint by themselves?
I just bought some tint pre-cut for my car. 5% ceramic.

I am going to use bit of Johnson and Johnson Baby Sampoo with water and maybe tiny bit of isopropyl alcohol.

Questions is, is it pretty easy to do it by my self?

What things should i watch out for? and do u recommend it? or should i bring it to a shop?

If you've never done it before, and you don't have anyone to help you, I'd definitely just go to a shop.

-inexpensive
-most shops will give you a life time warranty
-if you've never done it before, the last thing you want to do is spend all that time/money on supplies and it not work out

If you still want to give it a go, you should YouTube a tutorial.

Yeah, especially the rear windshield. Say if you mess up and need to remove it there's always a chance of you pulling the defroster out with the tint. I'd say leave it up to the pro.

I just got mines tinted by a friend who does side jobs on this and only paid $160 for all Windows plus clear bra on the headlight lens and side mirrors with a lifetime warranty. Normally it'll cost a little over $200 which isn't bad either.

The place I bought the Material is giving me life time warranty if it fades or anything like that. It's just upto me to do a good job on the install.
