FS N55 VRSF DP (sold) + custom mid pipe (will fit N54 or N55)
Literally just installed (on wed 8/2/17). Vrsf catless Dp was brand new, mid pipe is custom (and new)
Dp had the bottom bung in the wrong position. It has been welded closed. New bung installed (purchased from a drag racing place just west of eastern creek - hunter something (don't remember)) - this is the new cast vrsf dp, cost me roughly $480 Aussie landed. Confirmed fitment, no vibration. Mid pipe is 3" 304 ss, has a 200cel high flow cat in it and 2 y pipe merge collectors - it cost me $800 in parts and labour (to make, not including install labor). This hfc mid pipe and catless dp is the best way to reduce egt by moving the restriction further downstream, whilst still eliminating that nasty catless smell Reason for sale - too loud for me. I have a Remus race axle back and that just turns it up to 11. Would be perfect for someone who has a PE or oem axle back N54 owners - perfect chance to change your oem catted dual mid pipe to a single hfc midpipe. Saves weight and helps with flow! Please no lowballs, this is essentially brand new. After $1100 ono for both. Will separate as well. EDIT: custom mid pipe still available. Make an offer. Want it gone. Will post. I'm not sure. I don't think so. I'll check real oem in the morning and see if the part numbers are the same
Ballpark is $1000 - it's literally been installed for 4days |

Will the dp fit an n55 335i? If it is catless then why does the bung position matter? Correct me if I am wrong. I will be running a catless ecu tune.
