Very nice and such good value.

I was very tempted to buy manual 650i, but felt was the wrong car image for my business at time as I had to make redundancies.

Very jealous

Yes 635d Rog. I wanted something refined easier to live with day to day.And as per sohlman. They are amazing value secondhand.

It's two and a half years old, with only 14k miles and was half its price new.

I sat inside one not so long ago and decided it was one of the nicest interiors I'd seen in a long time. Congrats.

Lovely looking 635d. Welcome to the 6 series club! They are very economical beasts, at least my 640 is, great motorway cars. Maybe I should do a 12 months in with the 640 thread!

I dare say it would have been torched had you done it.

Anyway, nice car. I'll probably get a 6 series when I'm old.

I know just what you mean - last September I bought my 09/11 640i convertible (F12) with just 1,200 miles for list less £34k. The first year depreciation is staggering - I don't think I'll ever buy new again.

Bloody hell, look at all the 6er-boys crawling out from the woodwork . Defo must be an age thing

I remember the deal you got on the 6er Jon, an unusual colour combo if I recall, but what a price.

Some 'my time with a 6er' threads would be a welcome read chaps. Pete, you'll have to stop by for a brew sometime if passing for a closer inspection.

My time with a 6er is something I have been thinking about writing for a while mate, maybe I will write something in the next few days. I still lurk on this forum as I still have a 330D although my wife has it most of the time (for now)

Nice!

I'm thinking about doing the opposite of you. 650i to E91 335i.

I would be interested in your thoughts on how the two compare.
