Lol its loud. Luckily i was on nights and my car was at work!! I need resonators man lol. I read some of your earlier posts. Did you replace your secondary cats with resonators or did you keep em? Id rather keep mine if at all possible.

Im not 100% sure as Ive never tried passing the new test with the fix. But from what Ive read from US the forums in states that use this method it works. Ill definately be one to try it next year because my emission is up for 2014.

During cold startup it louder than stock, and you'll probably hear your turbo spooling, almost sounds like a loose metal piece in your exhaust. Once the car reaches 70 degrees, to me, it sounds like stock.

Hey guys. So I just wanna clarify that this was never an issue with RMP motors. They did an awesomr job and I only trust my car with them. I was only looking for advice on solving the sounds that I heard after adding downpipes. After jacking the car up we saw that there were no leaks and the install was done corrextly and quickly. DPs had been touching the passenger side heat guard which I had been aware of before the install. People have been misinterpreting this as a knock at RMP and specifically Roccos work. The man knows his stuff and theres a reason I drive from Scarborough to take my car to him.

My problem is solved!!! It was the dp touching a bolt on the heatsheild causing all my symptoms. Put a small dent in the pass DP for some clearance and all my noise issues were solved Im happy now and probably not adding resonators. |
