Thinking about upgrading to Type 162 wheels?

I have a 2006 325xi with type 156 wheels. I ve come to realize that I hate the 156. I want the 18" type 162 wheels. Will these fit on my car? Will they rub at all? Are all seaon tires available for these wheels? NEED HELP

I just installed replicas on my white E90. Lowered the suspension. AWE-SOME.

Almost identical

The wheels are made for your E90, they will fit. Goto any wheel and tire website and look for an all season tire combo that will fit your car. You may even what to put 4 front tires on the car so you can rotate them. You can find the tire sizes on this site. I think they r 225/40/18 F and 255/35/18 R

Compromise ride quality

Do I need to have a sports suspension for these wheels? My main goal is to not compromise the ride quality I have now with my 16". I know it will be a rougher ride with the 18" but Im just trying to find a middle ground between looks and ride quality.

if you get 162's without RFT, it will probably feel better than the 156. i just went from 156 to 189 and i LOVE it.

No you do not require Sport Pkg or sports suspension. You have the right idea for the result you are looking for.
