WTB Halogen to Xenon Conversion

I am looking to switch out my Stock Halogen Lights to Xenon. I have a 2006 BMW 325i. I bought the one sold by AndyE90 and I got ripped off. It took almost a year to get it and it did not even last a year and the R side is already broke. He also stopped responding to my email.

Did you figure out how to switch? I have the same car and want to go from standard non-angel eye halogens to angel eye xenons. Just saw the E90 Andy videos and thought it was a good idea until I saw this post. :/
