Definately decided on my next car!
I've been deliberating between moving onto either an F11 or F31 however after seeing some real pictures of the F31 then I'm pretty much decided. The sad thing is that I'll need to wait until there are some used models around as this ones bound to be too much>>>
http://www.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/bmwauc/de...A1MEYxOTE2OTY= Pretty much perfect apart from the bonnet shut line! |

Christ that bonnet shutline is a disaster indeed. It's becoming a more common design feature though, guess it relates to pedestrian safety / economics...

Agreed! It just doesn't look like a BMW design. Reminds me of my old Megane which coincidentally had a very good NCAP rating! E90 had very poor pedestrian safety ratings so I guess this is a 'crumple zone' and has acted in improving pedestrian safety ratings on the new model!

LOL how could anyone buy that car with that stupid bonnet design
Looks like a 16 year old school kid just got a welding touch out and sliced the bonnet in two for a laff, it's so fooking ugly Plus it get worst when you sit in the car and see the poxy interior I guess unfortunately the new F92 or whatever its called will have these awful fixtures BMW have ruined the 3 series |

Whilst I agree with the comments it does look much much better in real life especially in the touring model.

I really like it overall - the front is indeed a weak point. Wouldn't stop me buying it though.

Still looks better from every angle than the E60 5 series. I'd have one anytime.

I think the car in general looks fantastic, although I don't like the bonnet shut line it most certainly wouldn't stop me from buying one. Need to get myself out this afternoon too see it in the flesh.

Looks nice enough from any angle that doesn't show the front.
I agree with the sentiments earlier. There is no better description than pig ugly (unless you add an expletive in the middle), from the front. I suspect my E91 wont be getting chopped in for a F31. F11 maybe, but only once they have 4wd in it. |

Think they have their technical info wrong in that ad, it sure isn't 306 bhp sadly!
Anyone know if and when an X Drive 330d is likely to appear, my dealer reckoned Spring. |

LOL why's it dark is that so you cant see the car in detail
Afraid seen a 335i sport in the flesh in a BMW showroom in that blue colour and it does not do it for me, the outside is okish the inside is awful. But if you folks really like it then good for yer |

That looks awesome! Really like the new F31. The shut line is ugly, but the rest of the car makes up for it.
On BMW's site you can only pick an auto box on the 330D which is a shame. Last edited by xPETEZx; 10-07-2012 at 03:31 AM.. Reason: typo |

It is a bit of a shame but it's a DSG box AFAIK which is nice bit of kit!
