Just needs some love and some paint. That allows you to lower the car but keeps the stock wheel size.

Hahaha. Isn't that the truth.

On a side note, my buddy rolled an SRT4 Neon(with me inside) 6 times back in '04. This is the only time I've seen anything remotely close to the destruction that was caused to the wheel of the Neon. All that was left of the wheel are the center of the wheel bolted to the hub. Shit was crazy, lucky I didn't die.
