E92 Angel Eye Update - Pics...

I bought a no nam brand and it is working perfectly fine. Just make sure to keep the power consumption at stock to prevent error code on the dash.

Hello Guys at first crongratulations for all post it's very nice and very useful lol...
Now i have one question a put gp thunder h8 8500K in my Bmw E87 123 D Sport Design and it's don't like your E92 or E90 why lol, if someone have an E82 can tell if it's same result of me it will be cool. thanks and tomorrow i send to you some pics for i show you the result. See you.

Ok this is some pics of my angels eyes...

You can see the difference color between angels eyes and xenon and i think my angels eyes is litlle bit too yellow. no? don't know why because it's gpthunder H8 8500K

I think it is a little bit bluish/purpleish.. which I think is normal considering you have 8500K?

I have 7500K in my sig.

i dunno why compare to my other frds 7500k
my 7500k and 8500k look so yellowish
but the one my frd got is hell lots whiter and bluer

sedan (e90) is different than coupe (e92)

since I own a coupe, I can confirm that the angel eyes and fogs are H8

Hi i just got the gp thunders 8500k and i am NOT happy with the results it was YELLOWISH and they looked dimmer than stocks... so i switched back to stocks.

they were NOTHING like the pictures posted... i believe its the camera making them look SO bright (i had headlight off) so what gives? am i just seeing things? (btw i tried with 2 pairs and they were BOTH yellowish a little whiter than stock but alot less bright.

EDIT: just bought a pair of Mtec Cosmos thanks to e92-lighting(electronic woot) and found out they are brighter when the car is turned ON...
compared to GPthunders they are a little brighter and are up to my expectations now.. lol

I am curious also. I have been looking at these on **********s and they look pretty cool. Not sure what will fit on my 09' 335xi Sedan also. I think most people go for the 8500 since they look the most blue. I would like that effect too but will hold off if they look too yellow. I would be better just to stick with stock then.

mtecs are a little bit brighter than gp thunders, usually speaking lower kelvin=brigther, all mtecs are rated lower than gp thunder

Check this out...

They look great!! They are LED and they are supposed to have a bypass for the computer but the bypass doesn't work so I keep getting those error messages.

Also they are very ugly at night with the orange corner lights, I'm trying to figure out how I can replace the corner/signal lights with white bulbs, if anyone knows please let me know, thanks.
