He's looking to get it shipped to California, shipping would be about $1400. He wants to make an offer including the shipping cost. 45K?

Very nice ride. As long as everything checks out ok and based on KBB values I think $45K delivered to his door would be a fair offer, IMO. It never hurts to offer less to see what they say.

It's an M-sport. Guarantee you now that you posted that car here it will sell before your friend has a chance to negotiate much more lower.

Yeah but i also guarantee anyone looking into a 335is with this specific combo would've saw this already on autotrader. It's been on sale for a few weeks now.

But if it sells oh well..

Anyways i told the sales guy 42500 delivered and lets make a deal,

he blew me off and told me he cant go any lower and i should move on if i cant justify that, so i said thanks have a great day.

1 hour later he wants to talk on the phone.

I was suppose to fly down yesterday with my Buddy to Nevada for a 2011 335is, 11K Miles, fully loaded, Silver on Coral Red / all the packages available.. dealer was only asking for 42k... sounded too good to be true, but someone beat us to it.

Goodluck with the search and why an auto? DCT sounds good and is quicker then a manual but go for a manual for less trouble in the future.

That's going to be hard to find, but why be like everyone else with red interior. I found one that is local to me, I even looked at it when I was at the dealership buying some parts.

Honestly, since it has to be delivered, $42.5 (+++) may be a tad low, but not by far. To give you an idea, I paid about that much for mine (private party, though), same equipment + CPO.
Great car, however, if you like the 6MT, and if you can find one, go for it. All the "fast DCT" stuff is just on paper... 0.2s makes no difference, but the fun factor of the MT is just not there

You think $47k is too high for a 335is with DCT and only 8,000 miles?

I don't think it's unreasonable for the sales guy to lower the price a tad, but asking for $42,000 on a 335is with only 8,000 miles might be lowballing a bit.
