Got the same thing in the mail yesterday. Can someone please help with how to fill it out? I am guessing that we are unsecured and the amount of claim would be what was payed for the policy.

Vehicle Service Contract Settlememt

From another state, but you can see the outcome..these states didn't even have the MD transportation article and every dealer was held responsible. There were no consumer protection laws broken in this case, the service contract was legal in those states. That's the difference in the Tires For Life case, with the contract being illegal the dealers have broken the consumer protection laws..that's why customers in Tires For Life case will be entitled to three times contract cost.. Have a nice day

Is the lawsuit still going on, or did I miss it?

Hi everyone,

I just tried calling Millennium to use my plan and was surprised when I got a company out in California! Awesome...anyways, does anyone know if I can still get in on this class action lawsuit or has that ship long sailed? I'm really bummed about this...what a waste of hard earned money. Oh, and I'm a Honda person (bought it through Schomp in Denver), but this was the closest thing I could find relating to this.

Thanks!
Megan
