Is it true that n51 engines come already stock with 3 stage manifold ? So if I were to remove the cats would this be a automatic gain in power ?

That seems very simple....Do you know what the gains would get with the PE and then simply removing the cats on a n51

Would this cause any issues in the future for my car ?

3-5 for PE, about 10 for both main and secandary cats removal.

PE wont cause any problem.

the cat will cause issue when u need smog exam done, also you need get a tune to get the setting right.

bonus part for N51, all emission related parts are covered by factory for i think 100k miles/10year N51 only special warranty.

Wow I didn't know that . I'm about to get a AA tune so that should help. So if n51 are so special , should they be faster out of the factory ?

N51 has the 3-stage manifold, but it also has lowered compression compared to N52 - so they pretty much even out power wise...

BMW carefully detune the N51 to match the torque/hp with 328i N52, so they are same outta factory. however, a tune with intake, exhaust will put you same level as 330i stock.

328i N52 requires 3 stage intake in order to surpass N51 with tune.

you can wiki sulev, its actually 150k miles and 15 years warranty. i think owns manual has it too in a seperate booklet.

i guess this guy got the entire fuel tank/pump replaced under sulev extended warannty.

I know this is OT but where are you getting your AFE dry filter for the Eurobox? I can't find it on their website. I have the Eurobox but I am currently utilizing the stock OEM filter that was supplied with it. I am not sure if I should get a K & N filter or stick with dry filters.

You can just buy 2 wet filters and swap for same effect :-) That is how I do it (bought an extra for $30 shipped)
