Guys this mod is super easy to do. Took me 30 minutes and thats because I had to come up with my home made "lego". This piece will cut the job to 15 min. Free bump

If you have factory taillights, the bulbs are already there--all you need is this piece and you will have rear fogs. Nothing else required. Read the DIY.
I'm interested but I dont see where in the DIY it mentions installing this leggo piece. MAybe im reading to fast.

Is it true that if you own a 2011 e9x, this piece is not required? Just need to shave down the button for it to move.

Hey CRAZY got the piece yesterday in the mail.

I was so anxious to put it in that as soon as I got home from work still in a business suit, I went back out to the car and did it in 15 minutes. I don't think that I ever left the drivers seat. Since I'm old school I analyze every thing and every step before taking anything apart otherwise I am sure that 10 minutes would have been more than enough time.

You should have told me that you live so close. I could of saved you the postage.

I did this mod today with my 2011 335d. The piece is already inside for the 2011 year. Just clip off the 4 tabs on the button and now I can active the rear fog lights =)
