Montego Blue 320d SE convertible pics.
Hi all,
New here, thought I would show my face in this section as i've just found it. I picked up my 2010 Montego blue SE convertible manual on tuesday, its just rolled over to 24000 miles. Spec wise its not that highly loaded. I do love the colour, when this one popped up for sale I went for it. it does seem to turn heads! My previous car was a 2006 Jaguar XK so this is a breath of fresh air with the range and the fuel economy (I do miss the engine of that though) I am pretty impressed with the performance from the 2 litre diesel too, seems to have some poke when you need it. The only thing I would like to do is maybe get some larger alloy wheels. The price of the tyres on the 17's will be nice though.. The roof opening and closing is most impressive too! a work of art watching it open and close. Here are some pictures before it gets dirty! If i were to change alloy wheels it would be for the V-spoke style 342 James |

Never new Montego blue was so similiar to Le mans blue, or perhaps it might just be my pc monitor not producing accurate colour!
Nice colour combo! |

Montego blue is a great colour but then I might be a bit biast.
Swapping the boot spoiler for an M3 lip would tidy it up, also a few more inches on the wheels would work wonders. |

Many thanks guys, The montego blue does looks good, I was a bit worried about the seats as i normally go for black leather. I am pleased with the contrast though.
I do agree about the spoiler too, It was something I thought I would see how I got on with. Thats a good plan about the M3 spoiler. I shall have a look |

M3 spoiler you can either go genuine from a dealer or many on here have reported the replica sold by SSDD as being very good and great value at around £100.

Many thanks very pleased with it so far.
The XJ is a lovely car to drive, smooth engine and lovely inside, my dad didn't pay much for it either. Seems a lot of car for the money. |
