Which to choose? 2011 335i 70k navi or 2011 335i 50k no navi HELP!
I have a situation I have 2 options on purchasing a 335i coupe both manual one with navigation and one without.. They are priced about the same at 19k but the one with the navigation comes loaded but with 70k.. The non navigation has low mileage at 52k Do you guys think it's worth it to buy a 2011 with navigation with high mileage or low mileage with no navigation?
I need an advice on purchasing The two options Option 1: 2011 335i coupe 6 speed manual premium and sports package with navigation but at 70k miles $19k.it is certified preowned Option 2: 2011 335i coupe 6 speed manual premium no navigation at 50k $19k also certified preowned What are your guys input between those 2 Last edited by WiS3GuY Ey; 10-15-2016 at 10:53 PM.. |

Do you need navigation? Won't make a difference when you try to sell.
I'd lean toward the sports package not knowing anything else, but both will probably need plugs and a walnut blast to be back on top of their game, neither of which is included in the warranty. Pit the two against each other and see who will go the lowest. |

I would go with the lower mileage. I could care less about idrive/navi as all the brightness bothers me @ night. While the one with higher mileage does have the sports package I personally would pull the trigger based on the 20k mile difference.

While idrive in general is nice to have, if I lived in a more rural/suburban area and never used nav, I wouldn't base a purchase on it (especially not if the trade off was 20k miles). In a large urban area like Chicago, it was a must for me when I bought.

I would go with the lower mileage and use the lack of iDrive against the dealer to lower the price. I rarely use iDrive and opt for Apple Maps, Waze, Google Maps or any other app that proves efficient.

I rarely use the navigation built into my E90 but iDrive is a must have for me. It is great for road trips and watching movies on DVD or through screen mirroring. So much Netflix to keep the wife occupied while I'm laser jamming cops at 100+ mph. Also, CIC with a combox is so much more than just navigation.
