Can anybody tell me the cost of these parts new from dealership? So I will know how much I have to work with after deductible.

Front Bumper + paint + install
LH headlight

I figure a m3 replica will be cheaper and I can find a used headlight on ebay for $420 in good shape.

I'll have a bumper for you in about a week, i'm upgrading to Mtech... the bottom of it is all scraped up though... you can take it for $100 + shipping. (if you're interested, i'll get you a quote).

You could search this yourself, but I'll help you out. These figures are for the coupe, but prices are similar.

$1200 per headlight (xenon)
$580 for the bumper, $300-400 for paint

The guys above selling you theirs for dirt cheap are steal prices. Just make sure the lights are xenons with or without adaptive.

There is a vendor i picked up an m3 rep front for 100 bucks here in the bay area. Fitment is about an 8/10. They also have a few mtech and m3 front bumpers left.

How about my car wont boost. The temps look fine but the intercooler is bent up a little. I'm hoping its just the intercooler piping came off. The car will accelerate but wont boost. I hear the turbos.

Also nothing happened to the hood but i was thinking about hitting it with something so I can atleast get a new hood out of it. I was going to get a carbon fiber m3 hood. What do you guys think?

I feel mine as well get something out of it. But thats just my opinion. We pay all this insurance and most of the time never use it.

I'd say this....this is the best time to upgrade. For the amount they are going to quote you to fix everything you can get Mtech front bumper from a vendor and possible a hood and let the dealer put it on for you. When I had my wreck, my insurance didn't care where the parts came from as long as everything was fixed. I end up switching front bumpers (through the dealer) end up paying an extra $300 bucks, but I got what I wanted instead of paying close to $1000. So I would go to the dealer and talk to the parts people and have them price an oem bumper compare to an Mtech bumper...you might be able to just switch them.
