Renovate pre-LCI headlamp

1.) Anyone suggest a shop have good service on doing renovation of old pre-lci headlamp ? how much for a pair of headlamp renovation ?

2.) Anyone successfully upgrade to LCI headlamp conversion ? how ? any shop recommend ?

3.) Anyone know where to buy old pre-lci xenon headlamp in HK ? which much per set ?

any ideas ?? i am quite sad for my oldish headlamp...Just want to find a place to renew it.
