RennSpec Bad Service
Am I the only person having problems with them? Two weeks to answer e-mail ,they never answer their phones and when you do get someone on the line,I get the let me call you back in ten minutes bull. Are they avoiding me or just not have enough help? I have ordered hundreds of parts for my cars and bikes and never have I had such bad service.

It seems odd that they would screw over a long time customer.... If Jlevisw did that kind of shit to me id be heated to.... hope they sort everything out for you... good luck, and keep calling.

Thanks for the tip about Jlevisw. I will be looking for a new place to get my mod fix. Actually this was my first purchase with them. I have had years of experience with many other parts suppliers,and just wanted to know if I was the only one with problems getting ahold of someone there.

I've made two large purchases with RennSpec and received great service. Sorry you are getting jerked around - I don't spend my money with people that can't take time to answer my questions and most importantly RESPOND. So far though, I've had a great experience with them and will do business with them again.
